Dropkick Murphys support Wisconsin

The Irish American band The Dropkick Murphys have never been slow in supporting causes they feel strongly about.

They’ve now waded into the controversy involving the American state of Wisconsin, which is planning to implement budget cuts that cut leads to thousands of job losses.

The unions are opposing the budget and now the Murphys have pledged their support by dedicating at track called Take ‘Em Down to the workers of Wisconsin.

The song is taken from the band’s forthcoming album, Going Out In Style, which is released on 1st March.
